Indigenous owned. We are nehiyawak (cree people) breaking the cycle. 

We are on our journey to decolonize and through this we are reclaiming our power and identity.

By Smudging First, we set our intentions for the day, even for the moment, if all else doesn't go as planned we feel better. We pray, even if we don't know how to, we pray for goodness. All of our energies be it negative or positive, we leave IT for Creator. When in doubt, we can Ask Creator, “What is it that I need to know? What is the lesson I need to learn?” and the answers will come. It's a start and hopefully a daily habit to reconnect with yourself, the ancestors and Creator.
